Geltungsbereich der Garantie

Diese Garantie deckt alle LED-Module der LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH ab, die im Produktnamen entweder "LEDs.de" oder "LUMITRONIX" beinhalten.
 
Unter "LED-Module", wie in diesen Garantiebedingungen verwendet, verstehen wir aktive Baugruppen, die aus Platinen mit Leuchtdioden (LEDs) bestehen. Diese können mit oder ohne integrierte Steuerelektronik ausgestattet sein.
 
Beispiele für LED-Module aus unserem Sortiment, auf die diese Garantiebedingungen anwendbar sind, schließen ein, sind aber nicht beschränkt auf: MultiBar, Aventrix, PowerBar, LumiFlex, MaxLine, BackMatrix, Conext und SmartArray.
 
Produkte wie LED-Lichterketten, LED-Dekoration, LED-Taschenlampen o.ä., obwohl sie LEDs enthalten können, fallen nicht unter die Definition von "LED-Module" in diesem Kontext und sind somit von diesen Garantiebedingungen ausgenommen.

Dauer der Garantie

Wir garantieren die technische Funktion der Produkte unter normalen haushaltsüblichen Bedingungen und innerhalb der in den Produktbeschreibungen oder Datenblättern festgelegten Spezifikationen für einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren ab Kaufdatum.

Einschränkungen der Garantie

Diese Garantie gilt ausschließlich für Endverbraucher. Ausfälle bis zu 2% der Lichtquellen auf einer Platine sowie Farb- und Helligkeitsveränderungen gelten nicht als Defekt und sind daher von dieser Garantie ausgenommen. Ebenfalls ausgenommen sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, normalen Verschleiß, Modifikationen, äußere Einflüsse (Blitzschlag, Nässe, Überspannung, …) oder Nichtbeachtung der Betriebs- und Wartungsanweisungen entstehen.

Garantieleistungen

Im Garantiefall wird die LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH nach eigenem Ermessen entweder das Produkt reparieren oder ersetzen oder den Kaufpreis zu erstatten. Das defekte Produkt wird ggf. durch ein gleichwertiges oder vergleichbares Modell ersetzt, falls das ursprüngliche Modell nicht mehr verfügbar ist.
 
Die Kosten für den Austausch, einschließlich Arbeits- und Transportkosten, werden nicht erstattet. Der Kunde muss den Kaufzeitpunkt sowie den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb innerhalb der Spezifikationen nachweisen.

Garantieübertragung

Diese Garantie ist nicht übertragbar. Sie gilt nur für den ursprünglichen Käufer des Produkts und kann nicht auf einen späteren Käufer oder Benutzer des Produkts übertragen werden.

Geltendmachung der Garantie

Um einen Garantieanspruch geltend zu machen, kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Kundendienst. Bitte halten Sie hierfür Ihren Kaufbeleg sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Nachweise für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Produkts bereit.

Garantieausschluss bei Drittanbieterprodukten

Diese Garantie gilt nicht für Produkte oder Zubehörteile, die von Dritten hergestellt oder bereitgestellt werden, selbst wenn sie zusammen mit den Produkten der LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH verwendet oder verkauft werden.

Auswirkung von Reparaturen auf die Garantie

Jede nicht autorisierte Reparatur oder Modifikation des Produkts oder der Versuch einer solchen kann zum Verlust des Garantieanspruchs führen.

Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen

LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH garantiert nicht die Verfügbarkeit von spezifischen Ersatzteilen über die gesamte Garantiezeit von 10 Jahren. In diesem Fall wird LUMITRONIX bemüht sein, eine geeignete Lösung zu finden.

Gesetzliche Rechte des Verbrauchers

Diese Garantie beeinflusst nicht die gesetzlichen Rechte des Verbrauchers. Zusätzliche Rechte, die durch örtliche Verbraucherschutzgesetze gewährt werden, bleiben unberührt.
